HMOs

A Household with Multiple Occupation (HMO) is a property in the UK that is rented out by at least 3 people and are a common form of accommodation for students, young professionals, and those seeking more affordable rental options. We have helped a lot of our customers achieve this, with clear communication on what is needed to be HMO approved then we send you an easy to understand quotation of price for the work to be carried out.

For an example of this we would like to show you how we achieved this for one of our lovely customers, who wanted 5 doors converted ready to be inspected and approved before she starts renting the rooms out legally, with peace of mind that all security and all fire regulations safety policy have all been achieved, when we finished all the work she got the inspectors in and was all approved.

Insurance Approved Cylinder Locks

We sell 3 different levels of cylinders. Standard cylinder, Security cylinder and High security cylinder. Standard cylinder we would recommend having them on internal doors as we use these when doing HMO jobs. Security cylinder we recommend having these on main entrance doors as they have been tested to withstand attacks from thieves and are snap resistant.

High security cylinder Again we recommend having these on external doors, this cylinder has all the anti-thieve features with registered keys showing the 3 star kite mark to indicate to trespassers that too much noise and work is involved making them retreat.

We are linked with a variety of professional Ironmongery companies, who take great pride in their products, and we have chosen these one’s because of the quality and fixings that they provide, which is so important, cause this is what keeps the items functioning properly, we have different styles and colours to match your individual taste.

Welding

The fabrication of metal is not easy but we enjoy the challenges it brings, and it can’t be matched when it comes to it’s strength. We have done small gates to really big gates, we also make lockboxs for security gates and weld chains so they can stay put. There’s always something interesting to do when it comes to welding, dangerous but fun.

Keys & Fobs

When it comes to keys and fobs, and without sounding rude, we only copy in bunches, if you require a small amount, then pls visit your local key cutting shop. Otherwise we will only except a minimum of 7 copies on keys and 4 on fobs, please send pictures of the key/fob so we can give price before proceeding.

Garage Door Defenders

This is a superb security option for upward opening garages and we have fitted loads for our customers, who are all pleased with the strength and peace of mind it provides, after being professionally fitted.

Door Closers

These are a must have - we fit them on internal and external doors, as you have a very clever design on controlling the speed adjustment to help it shut without slamming, and causing unnecessary noise and damage to the door and locks within. They also come in a variety of colours to help blend into it’s surroundings.
